Welcome. I'm so incredibly honored to be able to share this platform with you. My intention is to slowly, thoughtfully, and consciously hold space for people to feel seen and understood while they walk down their individual path toward healing.
I started my journey while living in Colorado learning about the healing properties of medicinal plants. This lead me to travel in Costa Rica, where I was introduced to wise women that inspired me to learn ancient techniques of energy healing that I first applied to myself. In 2018 I moved East to Pennsylvania, where I continued my education at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies, and received my Masters of Acupuncture. Soon after I started my own practice here in Philadelphia, and continued my studies with Western Herbalism and certification in Breathwork, to which I also apply online and in the treatment room. My work is continuously expanding and evolving, as we all are every day.
Over the years I have found my niche, and specialize in Emotional Support, Fertility and Cosmetic Acupuncture, as well as Somatic Release through Breathwork. I also partner with Therapists, Herbalists, Estheticians, and other holistic practitioners to connect clients to additional resources for healing.
is that the first step to healing is showing up for ourselves. Increasing self awareness is one of the most powerful things we can do to redirect and gain control over our lives. When we become more aware of our emotions, understand our patterns, our values, and our needs, we can then take action to create a life that honors our authenticity - coming into alignment with our true nature.
My style of practicing blends Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture with other sensory healing modalities utilizing physical, emotional, and spiritual techniques aimed to cleanse and balance a person’s body from within.
It is so important to go at your own pace, moving forward in a way that feels safe and authentic to you. When you’re ever in need of assistance, know I am here to walk beside you.
Thank you for joining me,
